Cocktail anyone?

Modified from Molly's Pamplemousse recipe on Orangette.....

1 part Aperol

1 part grapefruit juice

1 part dry white wine

Mix and serve over ice.

The cocktails are sure photogenic and easy drinking!  We spent the day in Austin at Barton Springs Pool and had dinner at Madame Mam's on the way home, reviews to follow.   Relaxing on the back porch with the family, doesn't get better than this.  Happy for another day of weekend bliss.
