This is a creation inspired by bachelor living conditions. Finding myself with rotting bananas and out of regular almond milk and mixed fruit, I decided to mix dark chocolate almond milk with frozen blueberries, a brown banana, and water.
The result? A delicious new smoothie combination that is high in potassium, anti-oxidants, and protein. Could there be a better recovery drink? I don't think so. Taste is awesome, and substituting rum for water could easily convert this into an adult smoothie.
